Publication of “Defining Green in the Conservation of Cultural Heritage”!

An incredible achievement for the GoGreen consortium: the article “Defining Green in the Conservation of Cultural Heritage” has been published in Studies in Conservation!

This is a major milestone for the cultural heritage sector and an important step toward establishing a shared, evidence-based understanding of what “green” means in conservation. This publication is more than a research paper; it’s a foundation for the future of sustainable conservation.

A huge congratulations to the authors Gwendoline Fife, Anna Turrina, Julia Wagner, Davide Del Curto, Caitlin Southwick, and Katrien Keune, and to all those who contributed to this work: colleagues across GoGreen, MOXY, and GreenArt, the external Definition and Parameters Committee, the many experts and members of the broader conservation community, as well as Joel Taylor and David Thickett for their key communications support, and Bianca Gonçalves for designing the digital brochure.
